The host met us took us through the facilities and provided recommendations so some restaurants we were looking at
Great safe central walkable location. Beautiful clean property. Laundry detergent and toiletries too. Grazia welcomed us warmly after our plans changed from a train strike. Our adult son enjoyed privacy in his upstairs room.
Great value for money in such a perfect location, very central and short walk from the Duomo. Everything was very clean, all amenities that you need. Grazia the host was wonderful, great communication throughout and very accommodating when we arrived before check in time. It was such a nice touch that there was a little treat for me when we arrived as it was my birthday, that was really lovely too. Would definitely book again if we are ever back in Florence.
Great location with a lovely host to greet us on arrival.
There were 3 of us (couple plus a friend) so two en suite double bedrooms plus another bathroom were perfect.
Kitchen was well equipped for what what we needed.
Property was very clean, comfortable & well maintained.
Close to Santa Maria novella station and the city’s attraction. The staff is also very kind and friendly. There are even recommendations of suggested restaurants in the apartment.
